Several days ago, I was in Carmel, a city in the USA located on the Pacific coast.\u00a0<\/span>People from different parts of the world,\u00a0<\/span>of\u00a0<\/span>different nationalities and cultures came to Carmel to spend their holidays there.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The ocean was not\u00a0<\/span>so peaceful; from time to time, mighty waves were striking the shore, filling the atmosphere with\u00a0<\/span>their roars and\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>smell<\/span>\u00a0of the ocean<\/span>. The weather was wonderful; at one moment sitting on the\u00a0<\/span>shore<\/span>, and at another swimming in the ocean, we were enjoying the day that the Lord gave us.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

At a distance of 20 meters from the shore<\/span>, there<\/span>\u00a0was a pond thirty meters long and three meters wide, in which there was water from the ocean.<\/span>\u00a0Staying on the shore<\/span>\u00a0of the ocean<\/span>\u00a0for hours, I noticed children playing in that pond and people swimming there. Amazingly, during the whole day, not even one of those people, neither\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>children nor\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>adults approached the shore of the ocean\"\"<\/a> and put a foot in the real ocean. Until the sunset, they were swimming and playing in that pond full of worms and moss. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I took a couple of photos of both views and with a heavy heart started to think about so many people who are just like that; they are by God\u2019s side, who is the\u00a0<\/span>Living Water\u00a0<\/span>and the\u00a0<\/span>Source\u00a0<\/span>of\u00a0<\/span>Life<\/span>, but they are afraid to dive into His waters<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>so they<\/span>\u00a0spend their lives in the shallow waters of religion. Just like that pond had water from the ocean, religion bears the name of God, but\u00a0<\/span>does not have<\/span>\u00a0His majesty and power. Rituals and traditions, but not fellowship with the Living God.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the photos, you can see the pond with the water from the\u00a0<\/span>o<\/span>cean and the Pacific Ocean.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
