Dear Reader,
It has been a year since our communication through my blog started. Time and again, I tasted the fruit of obedience to the voice of God. For years, the Lord suggested me to create a personal blog and to spread His message through it. I resisted that idea until He clearly said, “Start the blog, and lives will be changed through it.”
For a year, I was very careful to post only what the Lord spoke. Early in the year, the Holy Spirit instructed me that the blog would be in three languages: Armenian, Russian and English. The idea of creating a blog in Armenian very close to me. The idea of having a blog in Russian seemed doubtful; I thought of so many Russian-speaking preachers; and besides, I had no Russian friends in Russia. As for a blog in English, I was sure that no one would ever read it.
The Lord is amazing! The very first letter of compliment, encouragement and admiration I received was in English, from the state of Texas, USA. Then, letters started to outpour from the U.S. States, where I had no friends or relatives. Then I had responses from Europe, India, England, Sudan… There was not even one Armenian person among those who wrote to me. I was convinced that the Word of the Lord has the power to change lives even through a blog, even though that blog was started in Armenia, a country unknown to many. Of course, the power and ability to change lives is not in the one who posts the messages; the power is in the Word of the Lord and in receiving it.
I express deep gratitude to each of you who assigned time to read, to watch and to listen to the materials posted in my blog, and sometimes even responded to them or shared them with your friends.
I want to inform you that the blog will have some changes: improved design, new subjects, and new projects. The materials already posted that are to be continued, will surely be continued. For a while, there has been no new materials in the blog, but right now, I am working on some, and they will be presented to you soon.
Thanks be to the Lord of lords, the Life-Changer, Who made it possible to communicate with you.
With Love and Reverence, Gayane Hakobyan
